OPERATION PERCENTAGE COMPLETE

The Operation Percentage Complete can be altered and configured to suit to your preferences. This page outlines and describes how to alter and describe for each of these settings related to operation percentage completion.

Config Settings 

 These settings can be found under:

  1. ADMIN > EXTRA > CONFIG
  2. Search in bottom right search field bar for ‘Operation’
  3. As highlighted below there are 3 types of OPERATION _PERCENT _COMPLETE config settings available.

OPERATION_PERCENT_COMPLETE_INCREMENT

This is the size of the gaps between percentage complete steps when entering data on the touchscreen or time sheet.

OPERATION_PERCENT_COMPLETE_INCREMENT: Allows administrators to set the ‘gap’ between percentage complete values in the touchscreen and mobile interfaces.  Eg, if set to “5”, then the list will be 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 etc. 

Note: The default value is set to 10.

OPERATION_PERCENT_COMPLETE_PREVENT_NEGATIVE_CHANGE

 
This prevents the user from adjusting the percentage complete backwards for operations.

OPERATION_PERCENT_COMPLETE_PREVENT_NEGATIVE_CHANGE: If set to “Y”, this will prevent people from marking the percent complete value to be less than what it is currently set at.  

Note: Values can be overridden in the desktop checklist form. The default setting is N (NO).

OPERATION_PERCENT_COMPLETE_REQUIRE_CHANGE

 

OPERATION_PERCENT_COMPLETE_REQUIRE_CHANGE: If set to “Y”, this will prevent people from ignoring the current value in the touchscreen and mobile forms and force them to choose a different value and update the percentage value for operations.

Note: The default setting is N (NO).
